目的观察牡蛎肉与黄芪对去卵巢大鼠骨质疏松预防的协同作用。方法4月龄的雌性大鼠行双侧卵巢摘除术后,分别给予牡蛎肉、黄芪和牡蛎肉加黄芪水提液灌胃3个月,应用三点弯曲实验测定股骨生物力学,对胫骨上段松质骨进行不脱钙骨组织形态计量学分析。结果牡芪水提液组大鼠较牡蛎肉和黄芪水提液组,最大载荷、最大挠度、最大应力和弹性模量均增加,骨小梁面积百分数(Tb.Ar%)、骨小梁数量(Tb.N)及骨小梁宽度(Tb.Th)增加,骨小梁分离度(Tb.Sp)和单位小梁面积破骨细胞数(Oc.N)下降。结论黄芪能够增强牡蛎肉水提液预防去卵巢大鼠的骨质疏松。
Objective To observe the synergistic effect of oyster meat and astragalus on the prevention of osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats. Methods Four-month-old female rats were ovariectomized and oyster meat, astragalus and oyster were respectively given into the stomach for 3 months. The three-point bending test was used to measure the biomechanics of the femur, Calcaneal bone morphological analysis of non-decalcified bone tissue. Results Compared with the oyster and astragalus water extract groups, the maximum load, the maximum deflection, the maximum stress and the elastic modulus of the rats in the aqueous extract group were significantly increased, the percentage of trabecular area (Tb.Ar%), the number of trabecular (Tb.N), trabecular width (Tb.Th), trabecular separation (Tb.Sp) and trabecular number of osteoclasts (Oc.N) decreased. Conclusion Astragalus can enhance the water extract of oyster to prevent osteoporosis in ovariectomized rats.
