支部委员会是出支部大会选举产生,在支部大会团会期间,负责处理支部经常性工作的领导机构。支委会应经上级党组织根据具体单位工作需要和党员人数批准设立,由本支部党员大会选举产生。每届任期两年。支委会的组成人数,应根据支部内党员多少和工作需要来确定,一般可定为3到5人,最多不要超过7人,而且以单数为宜。要选举符合干部革命化、年轻化、知识化、专业化条件,有一定马列主义、毛泽东思想的理论水平,坚决执行党的路线、方针、政策,有革命事业心和政治责任感,克已奉公,是非分明,具有民主作风,有领导能力的党员担任支委会成员。支委会经选举产生后,在分工上一般可设支部书
