济南市泉城路改造工程还没有竣工,这条“黄金商业街”已变得炙手可热。目前,已有来自全国各地的1000多商家或个人,前来争夺泉城路两边规划建设的商业房屋。据有关负责人透露,目前已有1000多家企业或个人登记买房子,购房面积最多的1000平方米,最少的50多平方米,总和远远超出规划建设的4万多平方米的商业面积。绝大部分人选择了购买,而不是租赁。这些新泉城路的“准客户”中,既有原来泉城路上的老业户,也有来自全国各地包括香港、台湾的企业、商人,甚至有部分外商。
