目的:了解维吾尔族孕妇的膳食结构和营养素摄入水平,为在少数民族地区进行妇幼营养与优生学的宣传教育指导,预防各种出生缺陷疾病提供依据。方法:以330名维吾尔族孕妇为调查对象,采用问卷调查法对其进行基本情况调查,采用24h回顾法进行膳食营养状况调查。结果:维吾尔族孕妇通过膳食摄入的营养素中,钠、锰的摄入量均超过标准;蛋白质、能量、铁的摄入偏低;维生素A、维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、叶酸、钙的摄入明显不足。结论:维生素A、维生素C、维生素B2、维生素B12为孕妇易缺乏的维生素。建议早期开展宣传工作,加强对孕妇的营养指导,注意补充维吾尔族孕妇易缺乏的维生素。
Objective: To understand the dietary structure and nutrient intake of pregnant women in Uighur ethnic groups and to provide evidences for the publicity, education and guidance of maternal and child nutrition and eugenics in ethnic minority areas and prevention of all kinds of birth defects. Methods: A total of 330 Uyghur pregnant women were selected as the survey subjects. The questionnaires were used to investigate the basic conditions of the Uighur pregnant women. The nutritional status of the diet was investigated by using the 24 h review method. Results: Uyghur pregnant women through the dietary intake of nutrients, sodium and manganese intake exceeded the standard; protein, energy, iron intake is low; vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, vitamin B12, Folic acid, calcium intake significantly less. Conclusion: Vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin B2, vitamin B12 for pregnant women easily lack of vitamins. It is recommended to carry out early propaganda work to strengthen the nutritional guidance of pregnant women, pay attention to supplement the Uighur pregnant women vulnerable to lack of vitamins.
