在认知心理学家看来,学习不仅仅是对所学材料的识别、加工、理解的认知过程,同时也是对该过程进行积极监控、调节的元认知过程,所以有必要对元认知进行更深一步探讨。目前,元认知理论的应用研究集中于阅读或基础理论学科学习等认知活动,而在职业技术教育中的应用研究很少,本文将就在这一领域的应用研究展开论述。
