铰接转向装载机在转向过程中,左右转向液压缸存在行程差和力臂差,由此引起转向过程中的压力冲击。针对此问题,建立了转向液压缸在转向过程中行程差和力臂差最小化的优化函数,采用MATLAB优化工具箱进行优化。结果表明,MATLAB的优化工具箱能够很好地解决机械设计中的优化问题。
During the steering process, the steering steering wheel loader has left and right steering cylinders with difference in stroke and force arm difference, thereby causing pressure shock during steering. In view of this problem, the optimization function of the steering cylinder with minimized stroke difference and arm difference during the steering process is established, and optimized by MATLAB optimization toolbox. The results show that MATLAB’s optimization toolbox can solve the optimization problem in mechanical design.
