督查专报作为各级督查部门向上级机关或同级党政主要领导汇报重大决策和工作部署落实情况的一种主要形式,在实际工作中较好地发挥了联系下级与上级、群众与领导的桥梁和纽带作用.随着社会主义市场经济的不断发展和改革开放的不断深入,各种新情况、新问题不断涌现,各级党委出台重大决策和工作部署的频度也随之提高,督查专报的地位也将更加突出.根据多年的工作实践,我们认为办好督查专报一定要在突出其针对性、真实性、实效性和时效性上下功夫.
