目的研究慈菇对异烟肼(INH)和利福平(RFP)合用致大鼠肝损伤的保护作用并探讨其作用机制。方法选取雄性Wistar大鼠,随机分成5组:正常对照组,模型组,慈菇低、中、高剂量组,每组8只。除正常对照组外其余4组每天同时灌胃异烟肼(50 mg/kg)和利福平(50 mg/kg),2 h后分别灌胃蒸馏水、低剂量(5 g/kg)、中剂量(10 g/kg)和高剂量(15 g/kg)慈菇,每次灌胃20 mL/kg,每天1次,连续给药28 d,末次给药16 h后,取大鼠肝组织,测定肝脏指数、肝匀浆中脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)的含量以及超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽转硫酶(GST)的活性,并作肝组织病理学检测。结果 3个剂量组慈菇均能显著降低INH和RFP合用致肝损伤大鼠肝匀浆中的MDA含量,并减轻肝组织变性和坏死程度以缓解肝组织的病理改变。其中高剂量组慈菇能显著降低肝损伤大鼠的肝脏指数、提高肝匀浆中SOD和GST的活性,且缓解肝组织病理改变的效果最为显著。中剂量组慈菇亦能显著提高GST的活性。结论慈菇对INH和RFP合用致大鼠肝损伤具有明显的保护作用,可能与其抗脂质过氧化有关。

Medium dose Sagittaria also significantly increased the activity of GST. Conclusion Sagittaria indica has a significant protective effect on liver injury induced by INH and RFP, which may be related to its anti-lipid peroxidation.
