基于地转偏向力的原理和转炉的结构,对转炉和地转偏向力的关系进行了理论分析,认为地转偏向力通过对顶枪和底枪气流的作用来影响转炉流场。并设计水模型实验来初步验证地转偏向力对转炉流场的影响,实验结果表明:地转偏向力使底枪气流产生的逆时针趋势在流场中占主导地位;底枪集中排布时,底枪阵列必须对称且间距合适,否则混匀时间会升高;通过底枪布置而产生的逆时针趋势能够与地转偏向力致使底枪气流产生的逆时针趋势相叠加,从而有效降低转炉熔池的最低混匀时间。
Based on the principle of geostrophic bias force and the structure of converter, the relationship between converter and geostrophic force is theoretically analyzed. It is considered that the geostrophic force affects the converter flow field through the effect on the gas flow of the top and bottom guns. The water model experiment was designed to verify the effect of geostrophic force on the flow field of converter. The experimental results show that the counterclockwise trend of the deflagration force is dominant in the flow field. When the guns are arranged in a concentrated manner , The bottom gun array must be symmetrical and properly spaced or the mixing time will increase; the counterclockwise trend created by the bottom gun arrangement may be superimposed with the counterclockwise tendency of the bottom gun airflow due to the deflection of the ground gun, effectively reducing the weight of the converter The minimum mixing pool time.
