第四军医大学附属二院党委,为保证《邓小平文选》一至三卷学习质量,强化学习效果,紧密结合全院人员的思想和工作实际,采取了“五个结合”:一是学习与研讨相结合。各支部在学习时,先引读提示,然后组织讨论,增强记忆,加深理解。二是学习与参观相结合。组织医护人员到附近的工厂和农村参观学习,亲自体验改革开放政策给社会带来的可喜变化,增强感性知识。
The Second Affiliated Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University Party Committee, in order to ensure “Deng Xiaoping anthology” one to three volumes of learning quality, and enhance learning outcomes, combined with the ideological and practical work of the hospital staff, adopted a “five combinations”: First, learning and Research combined. When studying, each branch should first read the cues and then organize discussions to enhance memory and deepen understanding. The second is a combination of learning and visiting. Organize medical and nursing staffs to visit nearby factories and rural areas to study and experience the welcome changes brought by the reform and opening-up policies to the society and enhance the perceptual knowledge.
