目的:研究多种氨基酸胶囊对化学性肝损伤有辅助保护功能。方法:以0.2g/kg·bw、0.4g/kg·bw、1.2g/kg·bw剂量的多种氨基酸胶囊内容物给小鼠经口灌胃30d后,以乙醇造成急性肝损伤模型。结果:受试物对小鼠体重无明显影响。1.2g/kg·bw剂量组动物的肝脏甘油三酯(TG)明显低于模型对照组,肝脏还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)明显高于模型对照组,差异具有显著性(P<0.05)。1.2g/kg·bw剂量组动物的肝脏脂肪变性程度明显低于模型对照组,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:多种氨基酸胶囊对化学性肝损伤具有辅助保护功能。
OBJECTIVE: To study the protective effect of various amino acid capsules on chemical liver injury. Methods: The mice were orally gavaged with various amino acid capsule contents of 0.2g / kg · bw, 0.4g / kg · bw and 1.2g / kg · bw for 30 days, then the model of acute liver injury was induced by ethanol. Results: The test substance had no significant effect on body weight of mice. The hepatic triglyceride (TG) of 1.2g / kg · bw dose group was significantly lower than that of model control group, and the level of GSH was significantly higher than that of model control group (P <0.05) . The level of hepatic steatosis in the 1.2g / kg · bw group was significantly lower than that in the model control group (P <0.05). CONCLUSIONS: Amino acids capsules have complementary protective functions against chemical liver injury.
