著者介绍一种咽鼓管鼓室气流动态测定法,方法是将带有小气囊的胶管(可用导尿管)塞入双侧外耳道,膨胀气囊使外耳道密闭。在胶管的另一端依次连接耳用传感器(transducer),DC 放大器(amplifier)和目视记录仪(visigraph)。将连接尼龙小管的橄榄球塞入一侧鼻孔。再将尼龙小管连接于鼻用传感器,鼻用 DC 放大器和目视记录仪。把咽鼓管通气时引起的外耳道气压变化和鼻咽腔的气压变化同时用记录仪以图象
The authors introduce a method of dynamic measurement of eustachian tube tympanum airflow, the method is to be equipped with a small balloon rubber tube (available catheter) into the bilateral external auditory canal, inflation balloon so that the external auditory canal closed. Connect the ear transducer, DC amplifier, and visigraph at the other end of the hose. Plug the rugged nylon tube into the nostril.
