某12层办公楼内外墙加气条板,原设计采用水玻璃磨细矿渣进行粘结。由于资源紧张,用磨细粉煤灰代替磨细矿渣。实践证明,这种砂浆的粘结性能和耐压强度均能满足设计要求,还降低了材料费用。 1.材料 (1)水玻璃:北京化工二厂产品,波美浓度40°,比重1.35。 (2)砂子:中、细砂均可,但应过3毫米窗纱筛。 (3)磨细粉煤灰:北京高井电站产。
A 12-storey office building is filled with air inside and outside the walls. The original design uses water glass ground slag for bonding. Due to resource constraints, ground fly ash was used instead of ground slag. Practice has proved that the adhesive properties and compressive strength of this mortar can meet the design requirements and also reduce the material cost. 1. Materials (1) Sodium silicate: Beijing No. 2 Chemical Plant. The concentration of Baume is 40° and the specific gravity is 1.35. (2) Sand: Medium and fine sand can be used, but should pass a 3 mm window screen. (3) Ground fly ash: produced by Beijing Gaojing Power Station.
