教育一直在不断的深化改革,而全面提高学生素质始终是改革的方向与目标。笔者认为,改革的关键不仅是教育方法上的改变,更重要的是教育观念的转变。本文试图用比较的方法阐述在新的教育形势下,班主任如何通过角色的转换,建立起亦师亦友、平等和谐、合作共赢的新型师生关系,以培养能适应变化、有自主能力的未来人才。
