80年代初期以前,作为达到经营目标的战略,多数韩国公司都把重点放在劳动力的利用上.廉价的劳务费用,对生产方式和生产方针的改变起着决定性的作用.由于劳务费用的迅速增加,使得韩国的劳动密集型产品的制造系统在世界市场上失去了竞争能力.在这种情况下,韩国企业将生产方式改变成技术密集型已是至关重要,同时,在生产作业中也要求加速机械化、自动化的进程.这样,减少停机时间和最大限度地提高高性能机器及设备的利用率,被摆到了工作的首位.由于这一变化和下述原因,维修工作成为高层管理部门的重要议题之一:(1)多数是从发达国家进口的高性能机械,其价格迅速上涨;(2)包括国外进口备件在内的维修费用持续上涨;(3)在机械的整个寿命周期中维修日益起到重要作用;(4)包括机电一体化和微机的应用等技术日趋复杂.本文提供和分析近十年来几个韩国企业在TPM应用中的经验,并试图说明成功地实施TPM的几个因素.
Before the early 1980s, as a strategy to achieve business objectives, most Korean companies focused on the use of labor. Cheap labor costs played a decisive role in changing production methods and production policies. Due to the rapid increase in labor costs As a result, Korea’s manufacturing system for labor-intensive products has lost its competitiveness in the world market. Under such circumstances, it is critical for Korean companies to change production methods to technology-intensive ones. At the same time, they also require production operations. Accelerating the process of mechanization and automation. As such, reducing downtime and maximizing the utilization of high-performance machines and equipment has been put at the top of the work. Due to this change and the following reasons, maintenance work becomes an important issue for top management. One of the topics: (1) Most high-performance machinery imported from developed countries has rapidly increased its prices; (2) Maintenance costs, including imported spare parts, continue to rise; (3) Maintenance is increasing throughout the entire life cycle of machinery. Plays an important role; (4) technologies including mechatronics and the application of microcomputers are becoming increasingly complex. This paper provides and analyzes several TPM enterprises in the application of experience, and tried to explain the implementation of several factors TPM successfully.
