一、机械制造厂工业炉概况 1.使用燃料:介放初以煤为主,60年代设计和新建工厂以清洗发生炉煤气为主。70年代发展到油或天然气为燃料,而近两年来按照国家燃料政策要求将燃油改烧煤为燃料。 2.炉子的结构:小型发展到大型,由厚的砖墙改成带钢板外壳有绝热层的较薄的炉墙结构。由人工操作发展到机械操作,由一般控制逐步发展到半自控和小量的全自控,燃煤炉也已有自控加料机构。 3.炉用材料:一般以耐火砖和轻质砖,绝热砖等砌筑而成。也有使用耐热砼,最近几年发展使用塑料温度<1100℃耐火纤维。
