EDX quantitative microanalysis has been extensively appliedto the area of biomedicine. The accuracy of EDX quantitativemicroanalysis depends on suitable standards and preparation ofspecimens.However,it is difficult to get suitable standards andto prepare specimens for biomedical EDX quantitativemicroanalysis. We have done some works in the preparingstandards and specimens. We will introduce the preparation ofstandards and specimens from the two ways.
