工程设计是基本建设的龙头,设计文件是工程建设的主要依据,设计质量是决定工程质量的首要环节。我国工程质量事故统计资料显示,由设计原因导致的工程质量事故占40.1%;工程施工原因引起的占29.3%;其它原因(如设备材料质量问题等)引起的占30.6%。可见对工程质量实施三控的关键在于设计质量控制。电气工程也不例外。
Engineering design is the leader of capital construction. Design documents are the main basis of engineering construction. Design quality is the primary link that determines the quality of engineering. Statistical data of China's engineering quality accidents show that 40.1% of the engineering quality accidents resulted from design reasons, 29.3% of the engineering construction causes, and 30.6% of other reasons (such as the quality of equipment and materials). Shows that the implementation of the three projects on the quality control of the key lies in the design of quality control. Electrical engineering is no exception.
