毫米波辐射计可以被动地接收物体的辐射能量,通过比较接收到的辐射能量的强弱来对目标进行探测和成像,广泛应用于射电天文、安检和电子战等领域。接收前端作为辐射计系统的核心部件,其性能决定了辐射计系统的特性。本文设计了一种直接检波式全功率辐射计接收前端组件,它具有结构简单、灵敏度高、集成度高、直流功耗低等特点。它的工作中心频率32GHz,带宽4GHz,输出电压范围-5~0V(可调),外场测试结果表明对天空和草地的输出电压差值大于1.32V。
The millimeter wave radiometer can passively receive the radiation energy of the object and detect and image the target by comparing the intensity of the received radiation energy. The method is widely used in the fields of radio astronomy, security inspection and electronic warfare. Receiving front-end as the core component of the radiometer system, its performance determines the characteristics of the radiometer system. This paper designed a direct detection full power radiometer receiving front-end components, it has a simple structure, high sensitivity, high integration, low DC power consumption. Its working center frequency 32GHz, bandwidth 4GHz, the output voltage range -5 ~ 0V (adjustable), the field test results show that the output voltage difference between sky and grassland is greater than 1.32V.
