在司法、传媒和民众三者关系中,传媒主动承担了媒介作用让司法和民众联系在一起。在这种关系中,由于传媒的价值导向和定位和民众的感性,导致脆弱的司法容易偏离独立和公正的道路,成为关系中的受害者。为了司法独立和公正的回归,重新界定传媒价值导向、增强司法独立性和培养民众的理性势在必行。
In the relations between the judiciary, the media and the public, the media has taken the initiative to assume the role of the media in bringing the judiciary and the public together. In this kind of relationship, due to the value orientation and positioning of the media and the sensibilities of the public, fragile judiciary can easily deviate from the path of independence and fairness and become the victim of the relationship. For judicial independence and fair return, it is imperative to redefine the value orientation of the media, enhance the independence of the judiciary and cultivate people’s rationality.
