国有企业改革的思路不同,措施就会各异,效果也千差万别。目前,在国有企业改革问题上,有主张经营者收购的,有主张国有企业彻底民营化的等等,这些思路虽然有一定的可取之处,但均非国企政革的核心要点。而从现行的国有企业经营者任用机制改革入手,打造一个竞争性强的国有企业经营者团队,从而实现国有资产的保值与增值,才是正确之路。
