应用激光探针等离子体质谱法 (LP_ICP_MS)测定了锆石微区的2 0 7Pb/2 0 6Pb .所用仪器为VGLaserProbe和VGPQⅡTurboICP_MS .采用Nd∶YAG激光源 ,波长为 1 0 6 4nm .对已知锆石分析结果表明 ,LP_ICP_MS的2 0 7Pb/2 0 6Pb测定值与热电离质谱 (TIMS)方法的测定值基本一致 .本方法的空间分辨率为 40~ 5 0 μm ,Pb同位素的灵敏度为 30 0~ 40 0cps/ppm ,2 0 7Pb/2 0 6Pb精密度为 0 .3%~ 4% ,取决于样品中Pb含量的高低 .LP_ICP_MS提供了一种简单、快速、经济的锆石微区2 0 7Pb/2 0 6Pb测定方法 .
The laser-focused laser mass spectrometry (LP_ICP_MS) was used for the determination of 207Pb / 206Pb in the zircon microstructure. The instruments used were VGLaserProbe and VGPQⅡTurboICP_MS. The Nd: YAG laser was used with a wavelength of 1064nm. The results of zircon analysis show that the measured value of 207Pb / 206Pb of LP_ICP_MS is basically the same as that of TIMS method.The spatial resolution of this method is 40 ~ 50 μm, the sensitivity of Pb isotope is 30 0 ~ 40 0cps / ppm, 2 0 7Pb / 2 0 6Pb The precision is 0.3% ~ 4%, depending on the level of Pb in the sample. LP_ICP_MS provides a simple, rapid and economical zircon microdomains 2 0 7Pb / 2 0 6Pb determination method.
