目的观察超微百草粉对大鼠高脂血症及脂肪肝的预防和治疗作用。方法采用长期高脂饮食诱导大鼠高脂血症并形成脂肪肝的动物模型,实验分为超微百草粉治疗组、模型对照组和正常组,检测各组肝指数、肝功能、血脂、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及肝组织学改变。结果高脂血症性脂肪肝模型组总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、谷草转氨酶(AST)均显著升高(P<0.001),TG无统计学意义,HDL显著降低(P<0.001),肝指数升高(P<0.05),肝组织学中显示肝重度脂肪变;超微百草粉剂量组TC,ALT,AST均显著下降(P<0.001),TG有所降低,但无统计学意义,HDL显著升高(P<0.001),肝指数无统计学意义,肝组织学较模型组病变明显减轻。结论超微百草粉对大鼠高脂血症和脂肪肝有明显的预防和治疗作用。
Objective To observe the preventive and therapeutic effects of ultrafine Baicao powder on hyperlipidemia and fatty liver in rats. Methods Animal models of hyperlipidemia and fatty liver formation induced by long-term high-fat diet were divided into three groups: experimental group, model control group and normal group. Liver index, liver function, lipids, and high levels were detected in each group. Density lipoprotein (HDL) and histological changes in the liver. Results The levels of total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride (TG), alanine aminotransferase (ALT) and aspartate aminotransferase (AST) in hyperlipidemia fatty liver model group were significantly increased (P<0.001). TG was not statistically significant. , HDL decreased significantly (P<0.001), liver index increased (P<0.05), hepatic histology showed severe hepatic steatosis, and TC, ALT, and AST decreased significantly in the ultra-microbial powder group (P<0.001). TG decreased, but there was no statistical significance, HDL increased significantly (P <0.001), liver index was not statistically significant, liver histology was significantly reduced compared with the model group. Conclusion Ultra-micro-baicao powder has obvious preventive and therapeutic effects on hyperlipidemia and fatty liver in rats.
