针对某炼油厂的管道汽油自动调合系统,建立了汽油调合过程的神经网络模型,在此基础上,设计出汽油辛烷值的神经内模优化控制器.仿真结果表明了对产品汽油辛烷值的在线闭环实时代化控制方案是可行的.
A neural network model of petrol blending process was established for a pipeline gasoline auto-blending system of a refinery. On this basis, an optimal design of a neural network model controller for gasoline octane number was designed. The simulation results show that it is feasible to real-time realize closed-loop real-time control of gasoline octane number.
