基于Dynaform分析软件,建立了差厚拼焊板充液拉深盒形件的有限元模型,对相同材料、不同差厚比的板料充液拉深盒形件进行了数值模拟。结果表明,针对不同差厚比的拼焊板,合理控制薄、厚板两侧压边力的大小及分布规律可有效地改善盒形件拉深过程中的焊缝移动量以及减小盒形件各变形区域厚度变化量,这对提高拼焊板的成形性以及对拉深工艺参数的优化提供了理论依据。
Based on the Dynaform analysis software, a finite element model of the CFD box was established, and the numerical simulation was carried out on the box filled with the same material and different thickness-thickness ratio.
