在新时代下,传统的企业成本管理模式已经无法满足现代企业的需求。因此,企业需要改变旧思维,立足于企业长远的战略目标,从而进行高效的战略成本管理。现代企业成本管理在立足于企业战略的同时,还应协调外部动态环境,利用计算机技术建立起现代化成本管理系统。
