T.spelta1 BS染色体导入 K型小麦不育系 (K3 3 1 4A) ,育成非 1 B/1 R类型 K 型小麦不育系KTSP3 3 1 4A,研究其遗传效应。结果表明 ,T.spelta1 BS染色体导入使非 1 B/1 R类型 K型小麦不育系更易恢复 ;不育系本身不产生单倍体 ,其杂交种 F1 产生极少或不产生单倍体 ;农艺性状除了株高具有明显的优势外 ,其他均无不利的遗传效应
T.spelta1 BS was introduced into K-type wheat CMS (K3 3 1 4A) to develop a non-1B / 1R K-type wheat CMS line KTSP3 3 1 4A to study its genetic effect. The results showed that introduction of T.spelta1 BS chromosome could make it easier to restore non-1B / 1R type K-type wheat CMS lines; the CMS lines themselves did not produce haploid and F1 hybrids produced little or no haploid; Agronomic traits in addition to plant height has obvious advantages, the other no adverse genetic effect
