21世纪,高端科技迅猛发展,新技术层出不穷,资源共享、信息共享已经是这个时代的主旋律,因此,当前的档案管理模式就不能再走传统的路径了。网络时代也是信息化的时代,信息公开已是必然趋势。同时也面临着档案信息安全性的问题,这也是影响电子信息公开的关键。档案管理人员素质是档案信息安全的首要条件,技术操作是档案信息安全基础条件,电子存档信息内容的安全性以及存储信息系统设备的稳定性等各方面因素,都对档案信息安全有着不同程度的影响。
