家庭保健合同服务把治疗、预防保健、康复、健康教育等卫生服务深入居民家庭,提高居民对健康保健的认识,对预防和控制疾病有着积极作用。目前家庭保健合同现况调查结果表明:签约率低,只占家庭数的1.2%。需要政府进一步扶持及政策配套,完善、巩固和发展家庭保健合同,从长远看它是一种利国利民的有效卫生服务形式。
The family health care contract service extends health services such as treatment, preventive health care, rehabilitation, and health education into households, raises residents’ awareness of health care, and plays a positive role in preventing and controlling diseases. The current status of home health care contract surveys shows that the signing rate is low, accounting for only 1.2% of households. The government needs further support and policy support to improve, consolidate, and develop family health care contracts. In the long run, it is an effective form of health care that benefits the country and the people.
