大连广播电视大学在努力办好成人高等专科学历教育的同时,根据地方经济建设和社会发展的需要,充分利用电大现代化的教学手段,积极、稳步、有计划地开展非学历教育.从1989年以来共为大连市培训了各类人员50万人,其中大学后的继续教育5千多人,外语单科1380人,农业实用技术培训农民3万多人和一部分专业证书教育.通过实践使我们对开展非学历教育的重要意义有了进一步的认识和提高,努力做到主动适应当地经济建设和社会发展的需要,充分发挥电大办学多功能的优势,初步探索了开展非学历教育的新路子.
Dalian Radio and Television University, while endeavoring to do a good job in academic education for adults, has actively, steadily and systematically carried out non-academic education based on the needs of local economic construction and social development, making full use of the modern teaching methods of the TV University. A total of 500,000 people of all kinds have been trained in Dalian, including more than 5,000 continuing education after college, 1380 foreign language single subjects, and more than 30,000 farmer practical agricultural training courses and some professional certificate education. To carry out non-diploma education with the significance of further understanding and improvement, and strive to take the initiative to adapt to the needs of local economic construction and social development, give full play to the advantages of multi-functional education, preliminary exploration of non-academic education to new ways.
