本文根据有关资料的介绍,对各种超高强度钢进行了比较,并根据比较结果选择了18%Ni 马氏体时效钢作为球形高压容器的材料。对18%Ni 马氏体时效钢的冶炼工艺、热处理制度、半球成形工艺、焊接工艺和防腐工艺进行了研究和分析。结果表明,选用18%Ni 马氏体实效钢作为球形高压容器的结构材料是正确的、合理的,所确定的工艺是可行的、成功的。研制的容器巳达到了要求的技术指标。
Based on the introduction of relevant information, this paper compares various ultra-high strength steels and chooses 18% Ni martensitic aging steel as the material of spherical high-pressure vessel according to the comparison results. The process of smelting 18% Ni martensitic steel, heat treatment system, hemispherical forming process, welding process and anti-corrosion process were studied and analyzed. The results show that it is feasible and successful to choose 18% Ni martensitic practical steel as the structural material of spherical pressure vessel. Developed containers have reached the required technical indicators.
