根据褐煤成型机用螺旋输送机的工作特点,通过对螺旋轴结构进行分析及试验研究,确定一种合理的螺旋结构。通过试验数据得出螺旋输送机输送能力受煤粉的水分、温度和粒度的影响。物料水分增加,会增加螺旋输送机的功耗;物料水分下降,既能降低螺旋输送机功耗,又能提升成型机的成型压力。因此,合理设计螺旋输送机的结构,可为成型机运行参数的确定提供参考。
According to the working characteristics of the screw conveyor used in lignite molding machine, a reasonable spiral structure is determined through the analysis and experimental research on the screw shaft structure. The experimental data shows that the conveying capacity of the screw conveyor is affected by the moisture, temperature and particle size of pulverized coal. Material moisture increases, will increase the screw conveyor power consumption; material moisture decreased, both to reduce the screw conveyor power consumption, but also enhance the molding machine molding pressure. Therefore, the reasonable design of screw conveyor structure can provide a reference for the determination of operating parameters of molding machine.
