《有色金属工业节能减排工作方案》规定,“十一五”末要实现节能10%的目标。然而,一季度以来,有色行业能耗上升,为这一目标的实现带来了压力。如何完成节能减排的目标,是中国政府和企业都必须认真面对的课题。
“Non-ferrous metal industry energy-saving emission reduction program of work,” provides that “Eleventh Five-Year ” to achieve the goal of saving 10%. However, rising energy consumption in the non-ferrous industry since the first quarter put pressure on the realization of this goal. How to accomplish the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction is a topic that both the Chinese government and enterprises must seriously face.
