对棉属A ,D ,G 3个染色体组合成的四元杂种 [(亚×比 )× (陆×夏 ) ]F1的植物形态性状和花粉母细胞减数分裂染色体行为进行了观察。结果表明 ,杂种F1变化最大的是花器 ,遗传了比克氏棉的红花基部有紫红大斑的性状 ;减数分裂染色体的构型为 2n =52 =35.62Ⅰ +6.13Ⅱ +0 .38Ⅲ+0 .12Ⅳ ,并且染色体在后期Ⅰ向两极分开的时候 ,出现了染色体“桥’
The morphological traits of plant F1 and the chromosome behavior of pollen mother cell meiosis were observed in the 4-hybrid (A × B × H) × F1 genome composed of three A, D and G genomes of cotton. The results showed that the biggest change of hybrid F1 was flower, which inherited the purple-reddish spot of the safflower base of Becker’s cotton. The configuration of meiosis chromosome was 2n = 52 = 35.62Ⅰ + 6.13Ⅱ +0.38Ⅲ + 0 .12 Ⅳ, and chromosomes in the late Ⅰ to the bipolar separation, the emergence of the chromosome “bridge”
