在学生时代,我有幸遇到多位品行高尚、教学精湛、素养良好的老师,至今他们温柔的眼神和贴心的话语仍萦绕脑海。做一名像他们那样的教师,成就学生良好的素养,成了我追逐的梦想,语文教学给了梦想一个起飞的支点。语文是母语,这样一种素养显然直接关系到一个民族的生存和发展,更何况我们拥有如此悠久灿烂的文化,让后代传承弘扬,语文教师责无旁贷。这也许是每次教育大讨论,语文教学成效总是备受关注的原因之一吧。虽然语文素养概念的提出很全面也很科学,但在实际教学中我遇到了不容忽视的困难与挑战。境况一:当“素养”遭遇“急功近利”。唐诗精华、宋词集萃、元曲绝唱,犹如颗颗璀璨明珠,多想让学生去感悟它们的千姿百态和无穷魅力,去诗化生活,美化人生。然而学生在陶醉的同时常说:这些内容考试分值很小,多学无益。在升学与未来职业、经济收入直接挂钩的时代,语文教学无奈地抛开素养、疲于应考。即便是叩问心灵、记录成长的写作也失去了昔日模样,学生在快速作文模式训练下,逐渐谨言慎行,不敢越雷池半步,写作风格慢慢千篇一律,他们飞扬的写作个性也踪迹难觅了。这是一种难以名状的辛酸。语文教师的教育理想面临严峻考验。

Situation one: When “Literacy ” Encounter “quick success ”. The essence of the Tang poetry, Song Ciqijian, the elemental solilitude, like a brilliant shining pearl, and more want students to realize their diversity and charm, to poetic life, beautify life. However, students are often intoxicated at the same time said: the content of these exam scores are small, more useless. In the era of higher education and future career, directly linked to economic income, language teaching reluctantly put aside literacy, tired of taking the test. Even if the mind is inquired, the record-growing writing also loses its former appearance. Under the fast-writing mode training, students are cautious and indomitable. They do not dare to surpass the thunderstorm and the writing styles are slowly changing. Their flying personalities are also traceable Hard to find. This is an indescribable bitterness. The educational ideal of Chinese teachers is facing a severe test.
