目的 对卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤的组织学类型、临床期别及治疗方法等关系的研究。方法 对我院32例卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤不同方法的治疗结果进行5年生存率的分析。结果 无性细胞瘤患者5年生存率73.6％,Ⅰ、Ⅱ期患者5年生存率80％,经手术加化疗加放疗的患者5年生存率90％。结论 卵巢恶性生殖细胞肿瘤5年生存率与组织学类型、临床期别及 治疗方法有密切关系。
Objective To study the relationship between the histological type, clinical stage and treatment of ovarian malignant germ cell tumors. Methods 32 cases of ovarian malignant germ cell tumors in our hospital treatment of different methods for 5-year survival rate analysis. Results The 5-year survival rate of patients with dysgerminoma was 73.6%. The 5-year survival rates of patients with stage Ⅰ and Ⅱ disease were 80%. The 5-year survival rate of patients treated with chemotherapy plus radiotherapy was 90%. Conclusions The 5-year survival rate of ovarian malignant germ cell tumor is closely related to histological type, clinical stage and treatment.
