目的探讨肝癌组织醛糖还原酶相似蛋白(AKR1B10蛋白)表达与原发性肝癌患者乙肝(乙型病毒性肝炎)病毒感染间关系。方法选取2014年3月至2016年5月在内蒙古医科大学附属医院接受治疗的原发性肝癌患者94例,检测患者术前血清样本中的乙肝病毒DNA和甲胎蛋白的含量,检测患者原发性肝癌组织样本中AKR1B10蛋白的表达水平;观察、分析和研究患者原发性肝癌组织中AKR1B10蛋白表达水平和患者体内乙肝病毒DNA复制活跃程度,以及AKR1B10蛋白表达水平在乙肝病毒感染和非乙肝病毒感染患者之间的差异。结果乙肝感染组患者原发性肝癌组织中AKR1B10蛋白的高表达率为74%,非乙肝感染组为44%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者原发性肝癌组织中AKR1B10蛋白的高表达率在血清甲胎蛋白阳、阴性组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);原发性肝癌组织中AKR1B10蛋白的表达水平随宿主体内乙肝病毒的DNA复制活跃程度增大而升高,呈正相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论患者原发性肝癌组织中AKR1B10蛋白的表达水平与患者术前血清甲胎蛋白的阴、阳性有密切关系,且与宿主体内乙肝病毒的DNA复制活跃程度呈正相关趋势,并与乙肝病毒感染具有密切关系。
