采用激光超声技术对扩散焊接件的界面联结质量进行非接触检测。实验结果表明,该方法对检测界面处的人工缺陷是切实可行的,其缺陷回波很容易辨别。
Non-contact detection of interfacial bonding quality of diffusion welding parts by laser ultrasonic technique. The experimental results show that this method is feasible to detect the artificial defects at the interface, and the defect echoes can be easily identified.
