目的分析不同药物治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病的临床效果。方法选择90例妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病患者随机分为A、B、C组,A组给予达克宁栓治疗,B组给予米克定泡腾片治疗,C组给予3%碳酸氢钠洗液外洗。结果总有效率A组为93.33%,B组为96.67%,C组为80.00%,C组与A、B组相比总有效率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),A、B两组相比总有效率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。讨论达克宁栓和阴道泡腾片治疗妊娠合并外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病均效果显著,疗效优于碳酸氢钠洗液。
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of different drugs in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis in pregnancy. Methods Ninety cases of pregnancy with vulvovaginal candidiasis were randomly divided into groups A, B and C, group A was treated with dacronide, group B was given mikkidine effervescent tablets, group C was given sodium bicarbonate 3% Washing liquid wash. Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in group A, 96.67% in group B, and 80.00% in group C. The total effective rate in group C was significantly lower than that in group A and B (P <0.05) Compared with the total effective rate difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05). Discuss the effect of dacronide suppository and vaginal effervescent tablets in the treatment of vulvovaginal candidiasis with vulvovaginal infection in pregnancy, the effect is better than sodium bicarbonate lotion.
