党校既是培养领导干部的学校,又是党进行理论研究的重要阵地,党校教师在社会发展中肩负着神圣的政治使命与社会使命。在科学技术、知识经济迅速发展的今天,不断提高党校教师队伍的时代感、整体素质和业务水平更加重要。如何加强对党校教师的激励,提高其工作的主动性与积极性,使其更好地完成神圣的政治使命和社会使命。本文首先分析了党校教师工作的特性,然后从制定职业生涯规划、优化科研环境、加强教师培训、建立竞争机制、提高教师待遇、搭建社会平台等几个方面简要论述了创建党校教师激励机制,提高教师的素质和业务水平,使党校教育培训的目标高质量实现的几个措施。
Party schools are not only the schools that train leading cadres but also the important positions where the Party conducts theoretical research. Party school teachers shoulder the sacred political mission and social mission in the social development. Today, with the rapid development of science and technology and knowledge-based economy, it is even more important to constantly improve the sense of the times among the party school teachers. The overall quality and professional level are even more important. How to strengthen the motivation of the school teachers, improve the initiative and enthusiasm of their work so that they can better accomplish the sacred political mission and social mission. This article first analyzes the characteristics of the work of the teachers in the Party School, and then briefly discusses how to create the motivation mechanism of the Party School teachers in terms of formulating the career planning, optimizing the research environment, strengthening the training of teachers, establishing the competition mechanism, improving the treatment of teachers and building a social platform. The quality of teachers and the level of business, so that the goal of high school education and training to achieve several measures.
