1988~1990年我们对辽宁省沈阳地区栽培的中、晚熟20多个山楂品种(品系,下同略)的耐藏性及主要品质性状做了比较试验。结果表明:贮藏3个月时,好果率均在98%以上,平均失重率低于1%,腐烂率在0.5%左右,品种间耐藏性无显著差异。贮藏6个月时,平均好果率为96%以上,品种间耐藏性出现了显著差异,高者达99%,个别低者为89%,失重率为2%左右,腐烂率为0~9%。
From 1988 to 1990, we conducted a comparative experiment on the storability and main quality traits of more than 20 varieties of hawthorn cultivated in Shenyang, Liaoning Province. The results showed that the good fruit rate was over 98% when stored for 3 months, the average weight loss rate was less than 1% and the rotten rate was about 0.5%. There was no significant difference in the storability between varieties. When stored for 6 months, the average good fruit rate was more than 96%. There was a significant difference in the storage resistance among varieties, with the highest reaching 99%, the lowest being 89%, the rate of weight loss being about 2%, and the rate of decay being 0 ~ 9%.
