目的检测内皮型及诱生型一氧化氮合成酶(eNOS及iNOS)在异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达,探讨NOS在子宫内膜异位症发病中的作用。方法1997年6月1日至1998年12月31日在中国医科大学第二医院应用免疫组织化学S-P法检测eNOS和iNOS在71例异位子宫内膜标本和32例正常子宫内膜标本腺上皮细胞中的表达。结果eNOS在正常子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中的表达具有周期性,在增生期较低,分泌期较高,iNOS在正常子宫内膜中的表达未见明显的周期性变化。在异位的子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中,eNOS和iNOS的表达均无周期性的变化,呈持续性的过强表达。结论eNOS和iNOS在异位子宫内膜腺上皮细胞中表达升高,可能参与子宫内膜异位症的免疫调节,加重疾病的病理状态,促进疾病的发生。
Objective To detect the expression of endothelial and inducible nitric oxide synthase (eNOS and iNOS) in ectopic endometrial glandular epithelial cells and to explore the role of NOS in the pathogenesis of endometriosis. Methods From June 1, 1997 to December 31, 1998, immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of eNOS and iNOS in 71 cases of ectopic endometrium and 32 cases of normal endometrium in the second hospital of China Medical University. Expression in cells. Results The expression of eNOS in normal endometrial glandular epithelial cells was periodic, with low proliferative phase and high secretory phase. The expression of iNOS in normal endometrium showed no obvious periodic changes. In ectopic endometrial glandular epithelial cells, eNOS and iNOS expression showed no periodic changes, showed persistent overexpression. Conclusions The expression of eNOS and iNOS in ectopic endometrial glandular epithelial cells may be involved in the immunomodulation of endometriosis, aggravating the pathological state of the disease and promoting the occurrence of the disease.
