目的:研究血钙改变在婴幼儿先天性心脏病(简称先心病)合并支气管肺炎心力衰竭(简称肺炎心衰)中的意义。方法:对32例先心病合并肺炎心衰患儿和34例先心病合并肺炎患儿进行血电解质测定。结果:先心病肺炎心衰组血钾、钠、氯化物浓度与先心病肺炎组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),而血钙浓度显著低于先心病肺炎组(P<0.001)。结论:先心病合并肺炎心衰存在钙代谢紊乱,血钙测定可在先心病合并肺炎心衰的诊断和治疗上发挥重要作用。
Objective: To investigate the significance of serum calcium change in congenital heart disease of infants and young children with congenital heart disease (COPD) complicated with bronchial pneumonia and heart failure (referred to as pneumonia and heart failure). Methods: Blood electrolytes were measured in 32 children with congenital heart disease complicated with pneumonia and 34 children with congenital heart disease complicated with pneumonia. Results: There was no significant difference in plasma potassium, sodium and chloride concentrations between CHD group and CHD group (P> 0.05), but the serum calcium level was significantly lower than that of CHD pneumonia group (P <0.001). Conclusion: There is disorder of calcium metabolism in congenital heart disease complicated with pneumonia. Calcium determination can play an important role in the diagnosis and treatment of congenital heart disease complicated with pneumonia.
