介绍了采用非标准螺旋形加旋元件形成的锥形磨料射流,利用建立的锥形磨料射流试验系统进行了钻孔试验,由于加旋元件是锥形磨料射流的技术关键,因此钻孔试验重点考察了加旋元件的流槽头数、导程及中心孔对钻孔性能的影响。结果表明,为达到较理想的钻孔效果,流槽头数取双头为宜、合适的导程一般在16~20 mm 及中心孔直径要大于3 mm,但应小于5 mm。
The conical abrasive jets formed by non-standard spiral plus rotary elements were introduced. The drilling test was carried out by using the conical abrasive jet test system. Due to the key technology of the conical abrasive jets, the key points of drilling test The effects of the number of runner heads, lead and center hole on the drilling performance were investigated. The results show that in order to achieve a better drilling effect, the number of runner heads should be double headed. The suitable lead is generally 16-20 mm and the center hole diameter is greater than 3 mm, but it should be less than 5 mm.
