[目的]通过对助剂的筛选和优化,获得一种物化性能稳定且活性较好的水悬浮剂增效配方。[方法]采用悬乳剂的制备方法,研制含有玉米油的24%ZJ3265水悬浮剂,对制剂的物化性能指标进行评价。并通过田间药效试验,测试其对小菜蛾、斜纹夜蛾、稻纵卷叶螟的田间防效。[结果]获得了物化性能稳定的含有增效剂的悬浮剂配方,田间试验结果表明在120 g a.i./hm2下,24%ZJ3265悬浮剂增效配方对3种鳞翅目害虫防效为72.8%~80.2%,明显好于未添加增效剂的配方。[结论]通过一定的制剂配方技术,在水悬浮剂中添加一定量的增效剂,能明显提高悬浮剂的药效,这是水悬浮剂开发的重要方向。
[Objective] The research aimed to obtain a synergistic formula of aqueous suspending agent with stable physico-chemical properties and good activity by screening and optimizing auxiliaries. [Method] The preparation method of suspoemulsion was used to develop 24% ZJ3265 aqueous suspending agent containing corn oil, and the physical and chemical properties of the preparation were evaluated. The field efficacy was tested by the field efficacy test against Plutella xylostella, Spodoptera litura and rice leaf roller. [Result] The results showed that the synergist-containing suspending agent with stable physical and chemical properties was obtained. The results of field experiments showed that the control efficacy of 24% ZJ3265 suspending agent at 120 g ai / hm2 was 72.8% ~ 80.2%, obviously better than the formulation without added synergist. [Conclusion] It is an important direction for the development of water-suspending agents that certain synergist can be added to the water-suspending agent through certain formulating techniques.
