山东省昌潍、枣庄建筑公司、山东省基本建设局建筑科学研究所广大职工,遵照毛主席关于“自力更生,艰苦奋斗,破除迷信,解放思想”的伟大教导,为了适应山东省预应力钢筋混凝土推广和发展的需要,组成了“三结合”的试验小组,坚持土法上马,因地制宜,设计制造成功了30吨、50吨电动预应力张拉机。经过工程实践使用,性能良好,能满足工程需要,适用于先张法长线台座生产和后张法粗钢筋螺丝端杆与后张自锚等生产工艺。
The staff of the Institute of Construction Science of Shandong Changyi, Zaozhuang Construction Company, and Shandong Provincial Infrastructure Construction Bureau followed the Chairman Mao’s great teaching of “self-reliance, hard work, breaking superstition, and emancipating the mind” in order to adapt to the promotion of prestressed reinforced concrete in Shandong Province. And the need for development, formed a “triple combination” of the experimental team, adhere to the local method, according to local conditions, the design and manufacture of a successful 30 tons, 50 tons of electric prestressed tensioning machine. After being used in engineering practice, it has good performance and can meet the needs of the project. It is suitable for the production technology of long stretch pedestal for pre-tensioned method and post production of post-tensioned reinforcement bar screw rod and post-tensioned self-anchor.
