彩色压型钢板因其具有轻质、高强、造型灵活、工厂化程度高及施工快捷便利、可再生绿色环保等优点,越来越广泛地应用于工业厂房和公共建筑的屋面上。但彩板屋面往往容易出现渗漏现象。从彩钢板屋面的防排水特点、材料选取、细部节点设计、施工及后期维护方面,对其常见渗漏原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的防水措施。
Because of its advantages of light weight, high strength, flexible design, high degree of industrialization, quick and convenient construction, renewable green environmental protection, color profiled steel plate is more and more widely used in the roofing of industrial plants and public buildings. But the color plate roof is prone to leakage phenomenon. From the aspects of waterproof and drainage characteristics, material selection, detail node design, construction and post-maintenance of color steel roof, the causes of common seepage were analyzed and the corresponding waterproof measures were put forward.
