高压辊磨机在挤压磨蚀性大的物料时,传统挤压辊辊面侧边的使用寿命非常短,物料进入磨损后的辊子端面和下侧板的缝隙中,使辊子侧边和下侧板的磨损加剧,严重影响挤压辊的使用效果及寿命。基于此,设计了一种挤压辊辊面侧边镶嵌硬质合金耐磨块的结构,增加了其抗磨损的能力,有效延长了挤压辊侧边及整个挤压辊的使用寿命,可防止因挤压辊辊面侧边磨损造成的漏料,对产品粒度分布有积极影响。
