2011年,我国粮食产量实现半个世纪以来首次连续八年增产,农民收入也实现“八连快”。这一喜人成绩离不开国家一系列强农惠农富农政策的支持,其背后更体现了国家财政的有力支撑。刚刚印发的2012年中央一号文件,在强调持续加大财政支农投入的同时,将“大幅增加农业科技投入”摆在了突出位置上。透过这一重要文件,今年我国农业投入将有何新动向?加大农业科技投入将有哪些新亮点?财政部有关负责人给出了答案。
In 2011, for the first time in half a century, China’s grain output has increased for eight consecutive years and its peasants’ income has also been realized. The success of this gratifying achievement can not be separated from the support of a series of national policies on agriculture, agriculture and farmers rich peasants, which further embodies the strong support of the state finance. The 2012 Central Document, just issued, emphasized the continuous increase of financial support for agriculture while placing “a substantial increase in investment in agricultural science and technology” in a prominent position. Through this important document, what new trends in China’s agricultural investment will this year bring and what new bright spots will be put in to increase investment in agricultural science and technology? Relevant persons in charge of the Ministry of Finance have given the answer.
