从实践经验出发,将外刊业务流程归纳为6个环节:分析需求、委托订购、订单结算、验收登记、阅览管理、装订典藏,并分析各环节的工作经验及存在的一些问题。而后总结其5个特点为:存在动与静的数据流、多个环节维护MARC、“重”采访咨询“轻”加工、个别内容可相对独立、要处理局部与整体的关系。认为业务流程梳理对招标、效率的提高均有重要作用。
Starting from practical experience, the foreign journal business processes are summarized into six areas: analysis of demand, commissioned orders, settlement of orders, check and accept registration, reading management, binding collection, and analysis of various aspects of work experience and some problems. And then summarize its five characteristics: the existence of dynamic and static data stream, multiple links to maintain MARC, “heavy” interview consultation “light” processing, individual content can be relatively independent, to deal with the relationship between the local and the overall. It is considered that business process grooming plays an important role in improving bidding and efficiency.
